I had eco homes insulate my property this afternoon and I must say what a pleasant and professional experience. The office staff were extremely helpful as I had to cancel my first appointment due to personal reasons, but this was not a problem they were extremely helpful in rearranging my appointment at short notice and I didn’t have to wait weeks for a new appointment. The two gents that came to carry out the work were very pleasant and punctual. They were here for a couple of hours and the work was completed without any issues. And when they had finished you wouldn’t know they had been. The mortar match was brilliant if I hadn’t heard them drilling I wouldn’t know there were any holes in my property and they asked to use my hose pipe so they could wash all the dust off my windows and pathways. Had the privilege of having Eco Home Uk carry out some cavity wall insulation work on my property. From the survey on the property to the day of the installation of the cavity wall insulation the communication was very good and all the staff were very friendly and professional.
